2. Quote — We issue a clear, itemised quotation covering model specification, dimensions, finish selection, pricing, and lead time with no hidden charges.
3. Approve — Confirm your order and payment. For custom specifications, we provide finish samples and dimension drawings for your sign-off before production.
4. Manufacture — Your desk enters production at our Jebel Ali facility. Standard lead time: 5–7 working days for stock models. Custom sizes and finishes: 10–12 working days.
5. Deliver and Install — Our installation team delivers, assembles, tests the motor mechanism, and configures the height keypad — handing over a fully ready, immediately usable sit-stand workspace.

What is the height adjustment range?

Our height-adjustable desks adjust from approximately 620mm (62cm) to 1,270mm (127cm) — accommodating virtually every adult user in both seated and standing working positions. This range suits users from approximately 150cm to over 200cm in height.

How fast does the desk adjust?

Our electric motor mechanisms adjust the desk at approximately 25–38mm per second — reaching the full travel range in approximately 18–25 seconds. The adjustment is smooth and near-silent at all speeds.

Can two people use the same desk at different heights?

With our standard single-unit desks, the desk has one height for both users at any given moment. For environments where two users sharing a desk need individual height settings, the AlignSpace Cluster of 2 Workstation — with an independent motor mechanism per position — is the correct solution. Each user adjusts their own position entirely independently.

Is the desk safe if something gets in the way during adjustment?

Yes. All our electric height-adjustable desks include an automatic anti-collision sensor system that detects resistance during upward travel and immediately halts and reverses the desk — protecting any person, object, or cable in the adjustment path.

Do you supply anti-fatigue mats?

Yes. We supply compatible anti-fatigue mats and a full range of ergonomic accessories designed for use with sit-stand desks. Our team recommends anti-fatigue mats as a standard addition to any height-adjustable desk order.
