Cancellation & Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you must notwithstanding your warranty rights, immediately lodge a complaint with Office Interior ( Moon Plus For Office Furniture Trading CO. LLC ) on its Customer care helpline.
If the product was not received in good condition we may repair/replace the product under warranty terms, however in case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product we may initiate another or offer an alternate product with mutual consent on returning the old product.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not as per your expectation, same time return shall be applicable during the fitment. We will not be able to accept the return once the fitter completes the job and leaves your premises.
Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will refund the product amount after deducting shipping charges.
Products purchased at discount or during sale cannot be cancelled.
Products that have been assembled and/or installed cannot be returned or replaced, in case of any manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired under normal warranty terms.
Office Interior ( Moon Plus For Office Furniture Trading CO. LLC ) will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.
Order cancellation requests after 48 hr after placing the order will attract 20% of deduction.
The refund shall be through the original mode of payment.
The refund shall be processed after 48hrs of pickup, subject to a quality check of the picked product.
In the event that the return does not comply with the return policy of the Office Interior ( Moon Plus For Office Furniture Trading CO. LLC ), you will not be entitled to any replacement or refund of the sums already paid to Office Interior ( Moon Plus For Office Furniture Trading CO. LLC ) and Office Interior ( Moon Plus For Office Furniture Trading CO. LLC ) reserves the right to withhold the sums already received.
Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s), in proper and original nature. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
